About us
Community Carers NSW is a highly experienced NDIS registered disability provider, caring for you or your loved one in the comfort of your own home.
We provide disability supports for those who live in the Sutherland Shire and St George areas, delivering caring, compassionate and reliable local Support Workers and Registered Nurses.
Providing care from just a few hours per week to 24-hour care, and everything in between, contact us today to book in a meet and greet.
We specialise in a wide variety of disabilities including clients with chronic and complex health care needs. We deal with self-managed /plan managed and NDIS agency managed clients. Our service also extends to private clients.

Our team is led by our talented Director Annette. Annette has 28 years' experience in the disability industry and is well known for going above and beyond to make a difference.
Annette started as a disability support worker, then obtained her Diploma of Social Work while continuing to work as a disability support worker. Annette also managed group homes, ran triple P Programs working with young mums to develop positive parenting strategies, early childhood intervention programs and managed a children's respite. Annette was also personally touched when caring for her father who had an acquired brain injury as a result of a stroke, and later developing dementia.
As a result of Annette's combined experience and passion, in 2018 Community Carers NSW was born. Advocating for participants rights and encouraging inclusivity and independence with her "anything is possible" motto, Annette mentors a team of 100 staff.
Community Carers NSW also offers Short / Mid Term & Respite accommodation.
